Our Team

We are a real estate solutions company based out of Middle Tennessee. We are a small, family owned business that purchases homes with cash. We want to help with all of the obstacles that come a family’s way when it is time to relocate their loved one- whether that be to a facility or even into one of the family member’s homes. We are a one stop shop for all of the transition solutions. Meet Colin, our CEO and Founder. As the visionary behind our company, Colin developed our unique business model and leads our strategic direction. Drawing on his deep understanding of the real estate market, he carefully analyzes each property to formulate competitive cash offers that create win-win solutions for homeowners. While he may not interact directly with clients, his expertise and decision-making drive every aspect of our business operations. Colin’s commitment to creating fair solutions and innovative approaches to real estate challenges has built the foundation of our success. Jaya Herring

Meet Jaya, our Operations Manager and closing specialist. Once a contract is signed, Jaya takes the lead in guiding both sellers and title companies through the closing process. She maintains close communication with sellers throughout their journey, documenting properties through photos and handling all the important details between contract and closing. Her attention to detail and clear communication ensure a smooth transition from contract to closing day. Whether coordinating with title companies, capturing property photos, assisting sellers with relocation, or managing the many steps in between, Jaya’s dedicated support helps make what can often be a complex process feel simple and stress-free.

Czarina Medenilla

Meet Czarina, our Data Analyst working remotely from the Philippines. While she may not interact directly with clients, Czarina plays a crucial role behind the scenes keeping our operations running smoothly. She analyzes vital business data and provides our team with the information needed to make informed decisions. Her attention to detail and analytical skills help ensure our processes remain efficient and data-driven.
